I checked out this company because I had a computer problem with my PC. It would not start up I was afraid I would have to buy a new one. I did have it for 3 years now, called PC Guru on my phone and booked an appointment. The IT technician was very helpful and said we will get this fixed and can take UP TO 3 working days which I was fine with.I have to say they have done a great job in fixing the PC. Best computer repair company in Birmingham hands down.
