Yes. Every PC ordered on our website is hand-built and tested before being shipped to your delivery address by our dedicated build crew.
Your order will be processed, the parts will be picked, and passed on to our skilled build team once you've chosen your PC and customised it to your taste using our user-friendly website. Your PC will then be assembled with great care and attention to detail, including cable management. After that, it goes through comprehensive testing and quality control before being carefully packaged and dispatched to you. Your order will always come with a tracking number, so you'll know when to expect your computer.
The entire procedure takes between 7 and 21 days. We recognise that you may require your system quicker. As a result, we provide many delivery alternatives, each of which prioritises your purchase in our production line.

We typically stock NVIDIA graphics cards from Zotac or Palit, but we do occasionally stock other brands. Although we do not sell founders edition cards, all cards contain an NVIDIA chip - the size, appearance, fans, and warranty vary by brand. Please contact us if you want to know which brands, we currently have in stock.
No, we only sell fully equipped systems; all key components must be purchased because all systems must be completely operational before being dispatched. We do, however, provide an open case warranty, allowing you to install your own components. For further information, please read the terms & conditions.
No, we only sell systems that come with everything you need. We do, however, provide upgrades on most components if you have already purchased your system from us.
Most UK postcodes are currently free of charge for delivery on a regular 24-hour Monday-Friday service. Additional fees will apply to deliveries to the Highlands and Islands, including Jersey and Guernsey, which can be selected when setting your new system on our website.
Your computer will be delivered in the form of a multi-adjustable computer system pack. This is made up of a double-walled carton with handgrips, shock-absorbing cushion foam end caps, and a top-fitting box with lifting handles. Our packaging is custom-made to our specifications for transporting computers.
We are based in Bordesley Green in Small Heath. You are allowed to pick up orders from our location, however, we do not encourage customer visits because our location is not designed for this purpose.
Payment And Transfer
Bank transfers are usually received within 1-3 business days. Your order will be completed after we have received payment. Please keep in mind that if you chose a fast-track service, it will not commence until we receive payment.
Payments typically fail due to an incorrect invoice address, insufficient funds, or the bank rejecting the payment. Please contact your bank.
Once a refund is processed, it should be available in your account within 3-5 business days.

Shipping and Tracking
If your order has not yet been shipped, you can track its progress by logging in to your Gaming PC Bundle Limited account. If your order has already been dispatched, DPD will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track the parcel.
Our longest stage is pre-production, which will be determined by our current volume of orders and stock. Please contact us so that we can confirm.
Building typically takes 1-2 working days, and testing can take up to 2 working days (or 4 working days if you order a liquid system). When your order is built, tested, and shipped, we will notify you via email. Please keep in mind that weekends and bank holidays are not considered working days.
After we have finished building, testing, and packing your PC. Your order will be shipped the following business day.
When an address is located off-shore, in Northern Ireland, or outside of the United Kingdom, an exception will be made.
Please keep in mind that if you selected a specific delivery day when placing your order, such as Saturday or Sunday, the delivery time may differ.
We provide two fast tracks production:
- 3 business days
- 5 business days
If the order is placed before midday, that day will be counted as the fast track's first day. Please keep in mind that weekends and holidays are not considered working days.

You can choose a delivery date. For UK orders, we provide the following shipping options:

DPD will send you a message the morning of delivery informing you of your one-hour time slot.
Your PC is packed to a very high standard to ensure that it is not damaged during transport. To save waste and aid the environment, we employ a range of packaging materials such as bubble wrap, cardboard shredding, and occasionally unused stock boxes. These boxes do not represent the components in your PC.
When we pack and ship your PC, we leave as little free space in the box as possible to keep your PC from rolling around and causing damage in transportation.
If you need to return your PC to us, we urge that you pack it in a similar, if not identical, manner to how we do.
Returns
If your system develops an issue or you have a concern, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number.
We strongly advise you to save both the original box and the wrapping paper in which your PC was delivered. If these are not available, please substitute a box and packaging materials that are equivalent in size.
If you no longer have the original shipping packaging, please follow these instructions:
- Use a strong, double-walled folded cardboard box with plenty of room for extra material.
- Cover all sides of the PC with a protective layer of air cushions, bubble wrap, polystyrene "peanuts" or "noodles," or other robust cushioning material.
- THE PC SHOULD HAVE NO ROOM TO MOVE IN THE BOX AT ALL.
- Place this box inside another double-walled cardboard box that is protected on all sides.
- The PC should not be able to move in any way.
- Remove any old shipping labels from the boxes you've used, cover them with tape, or cross them out.
- Inside the box, place a printout of your mailing label as well as your contact information.
- Use strong packaging tape to seal the box; if possible, wrap the tape around the box for increased strength.
- Cover seams with additional tape
- Apply your shipping label to the box's outside.
- Write 'fragile' and 'this way up' on both sides of the box, with arrows pointing upwards.
Please do not wrap your PC in clothes, blankets, or pillows while returning it, as textiles tend to slide around and will not completely fill the space surrounding your PC.
Log in to your account, navigate to "My Returns," and then "Request an RMA." Please be informed that if your order is no longer covered by the manufacturer's warranty, there will be a labour charge as well as a collect and return cost (unless you drop the system off yourself, or use your own courier). Please contact us if you are unsure whether you require an RMA.
RMAs might take up to two weeks to process, depending on the number of repairs, stock, and complexity of the problem. The technician will email you updates on the status of your system.

We want to deliver the greatest user experience possible right from the start, therefore we don't install any extra software that could slow down your computer. All necessary hardware drivers are pre-installed, so you can simply PLUG & PLAY when your Gaming PC comes.

This is a surprisingly common problem, and it usually stems from a simple setup error. Your system comes with either an integrated or a dedicated graphics card, and the setup process varies slightly depending on which type of graphics is installed.
If your computer has an integrated graphics card, follow these steps:
The motherboard is the only way to successfully connect your monitor to a PC with integrated graphics. Anyone can easily identify their motherboard by looking at the back of their case, where it runs vertically and is surrounded by other connections like USB ports. Please connect your monitor's cable to this section.
Please double-check your computer's and monitor's connections. Only one video cable (HDMI, VGA, DVI, etc.) should be connected to your monitor. Many veo cables plugged into the same monitor will cause Windows to believe that your PC has multiple monitors connected to it, and your icons will open on a display that you can't see. Make sure you only have one veo cable connected, and your problem should be rectified quickly.
If you have more than one monitor, each one will require its own connection to your PC. Multiple monitor setup requires only one power wire and one veo cable per monitor. Keep in mind that not all PC can handle multiple monitors.
Optical (DVD/CD) drives are no longer included in most current PCs. This is due to several factors:

Backing up files with external hard drives and USB sticks is simple and convenient.
Cloud storage and backup services make file sharing considerably faster and easier than burning discs.
