Delivery Information

Estimated Delivery Custom Built Orders

We try to ship orders within 7-21 business days of receiving them. This includes order processing, custom-building, and system quality testing. We will, however, keep you informed at every stage of the procedure. When your order is dispatched, you will be notified by email and SMS, this will include your tracking number and a link to the courier tracking portal.

Please keep in mind that times may change during peak times. However, at the time of purchase, you will be given an expected shipment date.

Next-Day Orders

To ensure next-day delivery, place your order by 2 p.m. Monday – Friday. Please submit your purchase by 2 p.m. Friday to ensure weekend delivery*.

Please note: Some of our Next Day systems may be listed as Pre-Order on occasion. This is most likely due to a stock shortage, which will be noted in the system’s description. If a Next Day PC is listed as a pre-order, we will not deliver it the next day, but we will let you know when it is expected to be dispatch.

Delivery Times

Monday-Friday: 08:00-18:00

Your delivery is expected to arrive between 08:00 and 18:00 Monday-Friday. On the day of delivery, if you have provided us with a mobile contact number, then DPD will also provide you a one-hour time slot, so you know exactly when it will arrive.

The products will be delivered to the address provided in your order. To accept delivery of your order, you must be present at home. However, should there be nobody available at your premises to accept delivery of your order DPD will leave a calling card with instructions for you to re-arrange.

Our opening hours are 09:00 17:30 Monday to Friday (excluding weekends & bank holidays).

*Important Notice about Delivery:

  • If you tell the delivery service to leave the products unattended, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
  • If no one is available to take the order on the specified delivery date, the goods will be returned to our warehouse, and we reserve the right to charge you a redelivery fee.
  • If you alter your delivery address after the items have been shipped, we have the right to charge you any additional fees incurred by our carriers for redirecting your delivery.
  • Please inspect the goods upon delivery; any missing or damaged items should be reported to the delivery driver at the time of delivery or to us within a reasonable period of time.
  • Please notify us as soon as possible if the products are lost or damaged in transit.
  • Our courier may be unable to deliver your products on schedule due to circumstances beyond our control. Such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, extreme weather, acts of God, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious destruction, or the default of our suppliers. We will endeavour to correct the situation as quickly as possible, but we cannot be held liable if this results in a delay or failure in the delivery of your items.
