Right To Cancel

The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 took effect on June 13, 2014, and the majority of the material below is taken directly from Schedule 3.

Please read the following information carefully, as it will assist us in providing the best possible service if you choose to make a complaint or cancel an order.

It is our job to provide you with items that comply with your legal rights as a consumer.

Cancellation rights:

Within 14 days of placing an order (contract), you have the right to cancel it without giving a reason.

The cancellation period will end 14 days after you receive physical possession of the products, or a third party other than the carrier that you have indicated gets physical possession of the items.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing of your decision to cancel this contract (e.g. a letter delivered by post, fax, or e-mail). Our contact information is as follows:

You may utilise our RMA cancellation form if you are logged in to your customer account area, but it is not required. If you choose this option, we will immediately e-mail you acknowledging receipt of your cancellation.

It is sufficient to send your communication regarding your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired to fulfil the cancellation deadline.

Cancellation has the following consequences:

If you cancel an order (the contract), we will refund all payments made to you, including delivery costs (except for the supplementary costs arising if you selected a type of delivery other than the cheapest type of standard delivery available from us). If the goods have been dispatched, the supply of services (specifically, a Fast-track/priority build service if ordered) will not be refunded because this service contract will have been fully completed within the cancellation period.

If the loss in value of any goods supplied is the result of unnecessary handling by you, we may deduct the loss from the reimbursement.

We will make the reimbursement as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after we receive any goods supplied from you, or (if earlier) 14 days after you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or, if no goods were supplied, 14 days after we are informed of your decision to cancel this contract.

Unless you have expressly agreed differently, we will make the reimbursement using the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction; in any case, you will not be charged any costs as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the items back or until you provide proof of having shipped the goods back, whichever comes first.

We can collect the products if they were delivered to the United Kingdom, but you will be responsible for the direct cost of services to return the goods. The cost of collecting from most locations in the UK is £35.

If you remember who you spoke with previously, you might want to ask to speak with them again.

You can also request to speak with a manager, who will always try to resolve any issues or concerns.

Making an official complaint

If you are still dissatisfied, you can file a formal complaint. You need to send the complaint in a durable medium, such as a letter by Royal Mail. Our contact information is as follows:

If you want to complain via email, please indicate this in the subject line with FORMAL COMPLAINT so that your email is prioritised correctly.

When we receive your complaint, we will send an email to the email address you registered with us, and a task will be assigned to the complaint’s manager.

We will investigate and aim to respond within 7 working days; however, in some cases, this may be an update rather than a final response.

Our final response will include a summary of the issue, our legal liability, and what steps have already been offered/taken, as well as our plan to resolve the issue, if applicable.

How Do I Cancel?

The simplest way to cancel your order (contract) is to log in to your customer account section and fill out our RMA cancellation form, however this is not required. Alternatively, you can use the model cancellation form outlined below to cancel the contract:
